What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. Our payment processing gateway is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. 

What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the personal nature of jewelry and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept exchanges at this time.

What if my item is damaged?
We do our best to ensure your item is packaged and shipped properly. In the event you've received a damaged item, please contact us by email right away with photos and we will replace the item or issue a refund. In the unlikely event, that an item is faulty, please contact us by email within 60 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which would involve either a replacement, refund, or repair.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Since we try our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it has been confirmed. If you would like to add to your order, please place a new order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time, however, we can include a gift message with your purchase. If an item is a gift shipping to another address, please ensure the address is correct. A note can be included with your gift - add your desired message in the "Message to Buyer" box before you check out.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we do create custom work. Please send an e.mail to info@cabinandcub.com with your requests and questions.

Do you wholesale?
Yes, please send an e.mail to info@cabinandcub.com with your store information to apply for a wholesale account.

What is the minimum order for wholesale orders?
There is a minimum order of $100 for all wholesale orders.
